REGULAR/LIFE MEMBERS ONLY: (max of ONE Voting Form per MEMBERSHIP)

To ensure the safety and health of our Members and Staff we will be adhering to the Emergency Measures Act in regards to the regulations now in place as a result of Covid 19.

Due to COVID 19 BC Medical Authority Regulations, all questions relating to the AGM will be available here for your answers

Details relating to these questions should be found in the VYC 2021 AGM Details email which should include specifics to the 2020/2021 financials, 2021/2022 budget, and information pertaining to the Executive and Board positions.

Also, information regarding the voting procedures, any required motions and procedures will be provided in this same email.

We will scrutinize the voting process to ensure the voting process is accurate with full transparency. We request that you submit your answers by November 1st 2021
