REGULAR/LIFE MEMBERS ONLY: (max of ONE VOTE per MEMBERSHIP)
To ensure the safety and health of our Members and Staff we will be adhering to the Emergency Measures Act in regards to the regulations now in place as a result of Covid 19.
Due to COVID 19 BC Medical Authority Regulations, we are requesting an email vote to choose whether our 2020 AGM will be:
1) Virtual (Online using Zoom)
2) Deferred for 2 months as allowed by the Society’s Act or with the approval of members
3) Waved for 2020
Regardless of the option the members choose, the 2019/2020 financials, 2020/2021 budget, and information pertaining to the Executive and Board positions will be provided in advance.
Also, information regarding the voting procedures, any required motions and procedures will be provided in advance.
We will scrutinize the voting process to ensure the voting process is accurate with full transparency via email voting. We request that you let us know by September 30th what option you prefer.
