VYC no longer keeps Regatta documents ... you MUST include current documents with each request
Your file will upload once you submit this request form. Verification requires official proof of current membership in a reciprocal club. Acceptable file formats (PDF, GIF, JPG or PNG)
Must be valid for the duration of your stay with a minimum of $2 Million Liability coverage

Key Card

A Key Card is optional and yours to keep with a one time non-refundable charge of $20. During your visit, a Key Card can provide you access to the Lake Shore Gate, Gangplank Restaurant, Washroom and Shower facilities. While the identified key card will provide access during THIS visit, it can also be reactivated for future visits at no additional charge provided you don't loose it. NOTE: Only one Key Card will be activated per application

By participating in this event, all competitors automatically grant the organizers and sponsors the right to make, use and show, at any time and at their discretion, any photographs or videos of him or her produced during the period of the event without compensation.

RRS 3 states: “The responsibility for a boat’s decision to participate in a race or to continue to race is hers alone.” By participating in this event, each competitor agrees and acknowledges that sailing is a potentially dangerous activity with inherent risks. These risks include strong winds and rough seas, sudden changes in weather, failure of equipment, boat handling errors, poor seamanship by other boats, loss of balance on an unstable platform and fatigue resulting in an increased risk of injury. Inherent in the sport of sailing is the risk of permanent, catastrophic injury or death by drowning, trauma, hypothermia or other causes. The organizing authority, management, Board of Directors, and volunteers will not accept any liability for material damage, or personal injury, or death sustained in conjunction with, or prior to, during or after this race series.

It is understood that checking agree (below) hereby waives all rights and/or subrogation rights to sue or take legal action against the Vernon Yacht Club from all liability or from any claim for loss or damage by fire and any other hazards or caused by any act or neglect on the part of the Vernon Yacht Club or its employees or VYC members or any other Regatta participant.
